Introducing Serena, BMG’s Brand Coordinator

The Brand's Media Group family continues to grow, and we're thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Serena Bozzo, our Brand Coordinator. Serena is a key player in shaping our digital presence and the genius behind all of our TikToks. This blog dives into a quick interview with Serena to help our audience get to know her better.

What makes you excited about working for BMG?

I'm excited to work here because BMG is a strong team with a great community. Everyone on this team is so ambitious and creative and I have so much to learn from them. Working in social media is so much fun and BMG is a great place to start!

Where’s a dream destination you’d love to visit?

I'd love to visit Spain! Barcelona specifically.

Who’s your biggest role model and why?

My biggest role model is my dad! I admire his work ethic and his values. He is so kind and respectful to everyone and radiates such positive energy. His relationship with my mother is something I look up to and the standard I have set for myself for any relationship I am in.

What made you want to work in this field?

I've always been a very creative person and I loved creating personal content on social media. I knew that I would be able to create content for others if I understood their vision and helped them bring it to life. Working in social media means working in so many different industries and learning new things which really interested me!

How would you describe yourself in five words?

Ambitious, dedicated, creative, hard-working, and sociable.

What advice do you have for creating unique content?

I think it's important to stay true to yourself when creating content. Make sure everything you create is your own; just because certain content worked for someone else doesn't mean it'll work for you. People who are interested in your content will find you if you stay true to yourself and post consistently.
